I do intermittent fasting. 16/8 most days. Occasionally I am hungry or very tired and I do a 14/10. But that is pretty rare. I try to make sure I don’t break my fast with “carbs” so this is an imperfect picture of an imperfect breakfast of two eggs, sausage, and some green chili queso that made me very happy.
