So, I know this sounds weird, but my goal is not really specific anymore. From March 2020 to December 2020, I lost over 60 lbs. I am happy where I am weight wise. If I lose a little that’s fine, but I don’t think I need to. My goal there is just to maintain my current weight. So there is statement one:
I resolve to be no more than 153lbs on December 31, 2021.
My next health goals are less specific. I want to start Pilates and stick with them. Therefor, here is my next statement:
I resolve to accomplish two Pilates sessions a week through the year 2021.
My final health goal is to continue hiking. My final statement is:
Continue to hike/walk at least 5 miles a week through Q1 of the year 2021.
Hike 10 miles a week by Q2 of the year of 2021.
Do at least one 2 day hike, camping one night and hiking at least 20 miles by the end of 2021, COVID permitting.
