Challenge: Health Resolution: Pilates, Hiking, Maintain Weight

So, I know this sounds weird, but my goal is not really specific anymore. From March 2020 to December 2020, I lost over 60 lbs. I am happy where I am weight wise. If I lose a little that’s fine, but I don’t think I need to. My goal there is just to maintain my current weight. So there is statement one:

I resolve to be no more than 153lbs on December 31, 2021.

My next health goals are less specific. I want to start Pilates and stick with them. Therefor, here is my next statement:

I resolve to accomplish two Pilates sessions a week through the year 2021.

My final health goal is to continue hiking. My final statement is:

Continue to hike/walk at least 5 miles a week through Q1 of the year 2021.

Hike 10 miles a week by Q2 of the year of 2021.

Do at least one 2 day hike, camping one night and hiking at least 20 miles by the end of 2021, COVID permitting.

I have been doing so so on this challenge.

    1. Maintaining weight – CHECK!
    2. Hiking – CHECK!
    3. Pilates – Nope 🙁
    4. Still hiking 6.5 – 8 miles. Getting there!
    5. No overnight hikes due to Covid 🙁

    Doing great here.

    1. My weight is maintained below my lowest weight when I stopped my weight loss lifestyle.
    2. Still Hiking 🙂
    3. Still have not started Pilates. For this, I am kind of not the person that wants to exercise infront of people and I have no “privacy” in the current living conditions. Exuses. I will find a way forward.
    4. Still no overnights but when the weather gets a bit warmer (yes its still cold in South Dakota!) I am going to suggest a camping trip. Let’s see how the other humans I coexist with react 😛
